Gods Ambassade vzw (= “God’s Embassy NPO”) respects and protects the privacy of the visitors  of the Gods Ambassade website. Our website has been built in such a way that you can visit it without exposing your data.

All the information we gather from and about you when you request information, sign-up or register will only be used for communicative purpose between Gods Ambassade vzw and the person at stake. This information is necessary for our office co-workers to be able to identify you when you contact us for information, support or registration. These data will be stored during the time necessary for achieving the purposes.

Gods Ambassade vzw will not make public or use data, personal names or domain names for any other purpose than to communicate with visitors or registrants of activities of Gods Ambassade. An exception will be made when we suppose that a law has been broken, for instance in case of discriminative statements.

Gods Ambassade vzw respects the privacy of these personal data and has built in sufficient security measures to protect these data.

At an event organized by Gods Ambassade vzw the person at stake accepts the fact that he/she can be photographed or filmed. Gods Ambassade vzw reserves the right to use these materials at will on its website or in promotional material. These materials will never be sold neither be borrowed to any third party; they will remain at all times in the ownership of the NPO.

As a consequence of the privacy law of December  8, 1992 and in preparation of the new law coming to pass May 25, 2018 any person has the right to have data (or footage) from him/herself or from his/her underage child removed from this website or from the database or to have these data (or footage) changed.  The person at stake can communicate such a request by sending an e-mail to kantoor(at)godsambassade.be or by sending a letter, addressed to vzw Gods Ambassade, Bergstraat 156, 3010 Kessel-Lo, Belgium.
