First restoration conference in Belgium is a breakthrough, may 2006!
…..hit the mark!
To our experience this is really a spiritually breakthrough for our country. God has bestowed profound healing –both physical and inner healing- on many people who came to the conference from a variety of convictions and directions. During this first restoration conference in Belgium on 25th and 26th March, ‘’we hit the mark’’ says Hugo van Leemputten, pastor and restoration-partner. Gerard de Groot, Jan Sjoerd Pasterkamp and Hugo lead the participants (about 150 of them) in Bible teaching, in practice of deliverance, healing en filling with the Holy Ghost.

‘’His love is sufficient for you to heal!’’ upon this rhema-word uttered by Hugo, Amira Curiel got up out of her scooter mobile, to receive healing in faith from severe backaches. As she walked around the room with Hugo, taking ever bigger steps she proclaimed Philippians 4:13 (I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.). A damaged nerve in a vertebra caused excruciating pain since several years and only 30mg of morphine a day and electrodes could relieve the pain. Breaking curses that had kept her life in bondage as well as that of her family cleared the way for healing and God touched her!
For the first time in years she can play a bit of soccer with her son, and 2 week after the conference the pain is still completely gone! The scooter mobile is unused and she has no more need of morphine!
Amira was one of many participants who experienced Gods healing touch.
Hugo van Leemputten and his team have been busy for many years in the healing ministry, after he himself was healed from being terminally ill with cancer. Nadine, one of the team members, commented on the conference: ‘’For many Belgian people this is a totally new experience; healing and deliverance through the Holy Spirit brings God and His love so very close to the people whereas in the traditional church to most people God is at such a distance. Because of these conferences there is a growing desire for a breakthrough of Gods Spirit and manifestation of His love. And our country is in great need of this. In Belgium too there are so many people with fears, disease, physical of emotional pain, rejection, psychiatric problems… but Gods love becomes so visible when He touches and heals people!’’
