"Son, I love you!"

Together with my husband Hugo and our family, we are going through the darkest valley of our
lifetime. Hugo and I fought together side by side. We all have our own stories. This is the story of a
mother whom, after years of battling and praying for her son to have a life worth living, could not
imagine ever taking leave from her son.

Divine protection on the road

Ann and Nadine barely escaped a very big truck with a trailer the same size. One Friday evening they took the shortcut to Hugo en Inger’s place. It is a single lane road on which you are allowed to drive two-ways. It has steep road bankings. Ann and Nadine had just left when they faced with this big truck that came thunderous their way. The driver stepped on his pedal and began to slip.

Pinched nerve loosens after prayer

Carine tells you the story:

“Monday 6th January, during the course of the day an awkward feeling settled in my left buttock… pretty painful! It felt like something was squeezed. On Tuesday I went to the evening service, all the time it felt like my left leg was shorter than the right one. After the meeting I went to see Ann and told her about it. Ann said a pinched nerve in my back was the most likely cause and she prayed for me. I accepted it … and I was convinced it would be all right.

Wednesday evening I suddenly realized the ailment had disappeared. That night I wholeheartedly thanked my heavenly Papa, He is simply great!

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life….and yours too of course!”
