Ans and Albert from the Netherlands attended our latest healing school in Belgium.
They sent us an e-mail explaining how they experienced the school:
“We delighted in coming to the Healing School. It built up our faith, not only in the area of healing, but it also deepened our relation with Father. Especially the first session brought us in such an atmosphere of love and acceptance; we were still enjoying it over the days after.
You are so hospitable, not only with your words, but also with your whole hart and during these sessions with you whole house!
Hugo’s stories on how he gives out healing on behalf of Father were very encouraging and put us to “work”. We are much bolder now.
Also the session on the gifts of the Spirit was a “brush up”! We all learned to know Jesus in a church where they did not believe in the Gifts of the Spirit. We realized that still today leftovers of the fear of the works of the Spirit have to be cast out. Although we left this church years ago, there were still some things hidden in the hiding-places of our hearts.
It is awesome that you believe to the full in healing. This was over and over again an encouraging to us as people close to us do not think the same way.
The examples given continue to speak and when going through our notes, we have a revived enthusiasm about the fact that we can go for the very same thing Father is going for!
It has been an all-round school for us. We engaged in confessing sins and forgiving people. We are occupied with proclaiming – something we already did before, but now we do it with more determination. We attend to healed relationships. All the things learned encourage us to deepen our relationship with Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The teaching is not one-sided, but it helps to stay balanced!”
When we asked Katrien what she thought about the school, she told us the following:
“The school is very captivating. I liked the fact that the school was spread over several months and that every time a few topics are handled. When missing a single day, you could still catch up!
It is very illuminating to learn to know the Bible in this way. I became a Christian not so long ago and I want to be healed of some disorders. I can do a lot with the testimonies heard and the guidelines learned. I am also learning to keep on being active in these things, even when it looks like not everything works properly. Another thing I am learning is to keep on reading the Bible over and over again, also in the difficult moments.
You are really drenched in God’s Word here. I also enjoyed the fact it was a small group. It was almost personal mentoring. The people who give these courses are fulltime engaged in what they teach and you can taste it. I recommend everyone to attend this school!”
